Lance Browne CBE (Non Executive Chairman)		Welcome from the Chairman Welcome from Lance Browne, Non Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Goldmines plc. Lance Browne was previously CEO, then Chairman and now Vice-Chairman of Standard Chartered Bank in China, where he has lived since 1979, working in engineering and finance. He is also a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the China Advisory Board of IMI plc, China Advisor to the City of London, Non-Executive Director of China Goldmines plc, Advisory Board Director of G3 (Good Governance Group) and Advisor to D1 Oils plc. Lance is a Director of both the China Britain Business Council and the Taiwan Britain Business Council, Vice Chairman of the 48 Group Club, Chairman of Dulwich College Schools in China and a Board member of the British Inter-University China Centre. Past voluntary work in China includes Chairman of the British Chambers of Commerce in both Shanghai and Beijing, Chief Representative of the 48 Group and Chairman of the Foreign Bankers Association. Lance is an Honorary Citizen of Shanghai and was appointed CBE for his work in China. Lance attended universities in Britain, France and China and speaks those languages.

Frank Vanspeybroeck (Chief Executive)		Mr Vanspeybroeck has over 25 years experience in the exploration and mining industry in Australia. His experience includes gold mining, commissioning and operating carbon in pulp gold processing plants. Mr Vanspeybroeck was the founder and director until 2007 of Wedgetail Exploration NL, a gold mining company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange which owns the Nullagine gold project in Western Australia.

Marinko Vidovich ACA (Finance Director)		Mr Vidovich is a qualified chartered accountant and chartered secretary since 1987. He has had extensive experience in the commercial mining field, held numerous company secretarial and financial directorship positions with mining companies listed on the Australian stock exchange. He is also currently a consultant with the Australian Institute of Management (WA).

Alec David Worrall (known as Alex) (Non-Executive Director)		Mr Worrall has been a professional accountant and senior industrial manager for over thirty years. After gaining his accountancy qualifications, Alex spent three years with Ford at its European headquarters and then moved to ICI working on mergers and acquisitions. He joined Tallent Engineering in 1979 in a strategic role that saw its turnover grow from £1 million to over £100 million per annum. In 2003, Mr Worrall left Tallent Engineering after more than 20 years as finance director and took over the role of Chairman of ThyssenKrupp UK Plc which is the holding company of 52 UK subsidiary companies including Tallent.

Clive Donner (Non-Executive Director)		Clive Donner is the managing director for LinQ Capital Limited, a specialist resources equity and finance house. He is also director of various publicly listed resources companies. Mr Donner is a former director of NM Rothschild and Sons (Australia) Limited. Mr Donner has over 26 years experience in evaluating and financing emerging mining companies and is experienced in equity and debt financing in Australia and Internationally.

Dr Evan Kirby (Non-Executive Director)		Dr Kirby is a metallurgist with over 30 years experience in the mining industry. He has been actively involved in a series of leading-edge projects for the recovery of precious metals, base metals and diamonds. He worked in South Africa for a total of 16 years in technical, production management and projects positions - for Impala Platinum, Rand Mines and Rustenburg Platinum Mines. He moved to Australia in 1992 to join Minproc Engineers where he progressed to group metallurgical consultant. He then worked for Bechtel Australia as mining & metals technology manager before starting his own consulting business in 2002.
